Pursuant to Paragraph (1), Section 20 of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information (hereinafter referred as: Info Act) we hereby inform data subject that this data control is based on consent.
The Data Controller is FORNAX ICT Kft. (seat: H-1123 Budapest, Táltos u. 1.).
The Company is processing the personal data provided by persons requesting information about services that are available through the Company’s website (www.eventus.eu) such as license prices of the EVENTUS commercial off-the-shelf software. Purpose of this personal data processing and data collection: providing potential customers with personalized offers.
Data are provided on a voluntary basis, legal ground of data processing: Data subject’s definite, informed consent pursuant to Point a), Paragraph (1), Section 5 of Info Act.
Scope of data processing: all required personal data submitted by data subject, or given or displayed voluntarily (name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, main profile of the company and all relevant and voluntarily data).
Duration of the data processing performed upon the data subject’s consent: 1 year from the communication of the consent.
Data controller and shall take all necessary security steps, organizational and technical measures to ensure the highest level of security of the personal data and to protect them from illegal access, modification, destruction, use, publication and deletion, and to prevent accidental destruction and damage as well as to enable access following changes to the technology applied.
Data controller shall not use personal data for other purposes than indicated.
Personal data is transferred to third persons only upon the data subjects’ prior written consent. This does not apply to data transfers required by law.
Before fulfilling each data request of the authorities, data controller shall verify if the legal ground for each data transfer is valid.
Pursuant to Section 14 of the Info Act, data subject may request information of the processing of his/her personal data, and data subject may request the correction, deletion and blocking of his/her personal data, and pursuant to Section 21, data subject may object to the processing of his/her personal data. Data subject shall send the request for information, correction, deletion or blocking and the objection to the control of personal data via email to info@fornax.hu. Data controller shall provide a reply within 8 working days.
Pursuant to Section 22 of Info Act, in case data subject’s rights are infringed, data subject may initiate legal
proceedings at the competent court, and pursuant to Paragraph (1), Section 52 of Info Act, data subject is entitled to request an investigation at National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information with reference to the infringement of rights pertaining to the processing of personal data, or in the case of any immediate threat thereof. The litigation is adjudicated at regional court level. The legal procedure may be launched at the regional court competent for the place of residence or location of the data subject, according to his/her choice of court.
