At the end of 2017m Fornax ICT won E.ON’s tender, the goal of which was the full range support, optimization and automation of the management of business processes related to the activities of E.ON’s electricity and gas lines of business.
The installed new platform replaced an existing process management system at the utilities company, so during implementation it was crucial to continuously ensure the unimpeded work of 2000 users. The installation of Fornax’s customized solution ensures transparent and precisely measurable technical processes and more efficient and effective work for E.ON management. In addition to the many features enhancing efficiency and user experience, the Eventus platform makes it possible to continuously inform the consumers in real-time, be it about the expected time of the task or about its details – further contributing to a user experience of even greater quality.
The turnkey and customized solution delivered by Fornax makes operation easy and cost-effective for E.ON. The installation of the new Eventus platform at the utility company began at the end of 2017 and was finished by the end of 2019.
