The experts of the company group visited the TM Forum several times in the past years to gain experience, representing Fornax but also appearing in „magenta” as one of the top 5 vendors of Hungarian Telekom.
For the first time this year, however, Fornax had its own booth as the sole Hungarian exhibitor. This is among the first steps to present itself for a larger, international audience in the company of established global Telco vendors, such as Netcrakcer and Wipro.
At the TM Forum the company had the opportunity to present its multi-award winning workflow and work force management system, Eventus.
The goal at this international event crossing the frontiers of the telecommunication industry was for the experts of Fornax to gather information about the products of direct and indirect competitors and potential partners. Moreover, it was a great opportunity to get a sense of current IT trends and to maintain and extend existing business relationships.
In addition to participating and gaining experience, a further triumph awaited Fornax, as it received yet another professional acknowledgement connected to the TM Forum, namely, the E.Fault@CC module of our proprietary Eventus system made it to the Outstanding Contribution to Enabling Improved Customer Centricity Award list of this year’s TM Forum.
