FOR EVENTUS MOBILE CLIENT USERS
The Eventus mobile client system processes your personal data detailed below for the purpose of logging into your Eventus mobile client account, and therefore we inform you – as the data subject – of the following.
In accordance with Articles 12 and 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby bring to the data subject’s attention that the data processing specified in this statement is based on the legitimate interest of the controller according to point f) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR, and therefore the data subjects do not have to give their consent to the processing of data lawfully collected, but their information is essential.

Processor:
We inform the data subject that the Data Controller uses a data processor to perform certain processing operations related to providing software service of the Eventus mobile client. The following entity acts as a data processor:

The legal basis for processing:
Legal basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest of the controller based on point f) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR.
The purpose of the data processing:
Login to the user’s Eventus mobile client account.
Scope of processed data:
Name, username and password of the data subject.
Duration of processing:
The data controller will process the data until the termination of the employment relationship between the data controller and the data subject.
Data security:
The controller will take any security actions, technical and organizational measures for the utmost security of the personal data and for their protection against unauthorized access, changing, destruction, use, disclosure, erasure or accidental destruction or damage and becoming accessible because of the changes of technology.
Data transfer:
The controller will not use the personal data for any purpose other than for which they were collected. We give personal data to third parties only upon the prior written consent of the data subject. Data transfers required by law make an exception, which can take place in extraordinary cases only. Before complying with any requests of authorities to provide data, the controller shall assess in respect of each data whether there is a legal basis for the data transfer.
Rights related to data processing:
The data subject may request information on the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with Article 13 of GDPR; he or she has the right, in accordance with Article 15, to access the personal data and the information listed in the Article; in accordance with Article 16, he or she has the right to obtain the rectification of his or her personal data; in accordance with Article 17, he or she has a right to erasure, or right to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18; may object to processing his or her personal data in accordance with Article 21; and in cases listed in Article 20 he/she has the right to data portability. These rights are not absolute rights, the requests of the data subjects are possible to be met only in the cases the criteria listed in the aforementioned provisions of law are met. The data subject shall send his or her requests to exercise his or her rights to the e- mail address dpo@telekom.hu or jog@fornax.hu. The data subject shall receive an answer for such requests from the controller in 1 month.
Possibilities of judicial remedy:
In accordance with Section 22 of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, in the event of any infringement of his or her rights, the data subject may turn to court action against the controller and, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Section 52, he or she may request an investigation from the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf.: 9.; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) alleging an infringement relating to his or her personal data, or if there is imminent danger of such infringement. The action shall be heard by the competent tribunal. If so requested by the data subject, the action may be brought before the tribunal in whose jurisdiction the data subject’s home address or temporary residence is located.
