Fornax will be exhibiting its in-house development, Eventus, a multi-award winning workflow and work force management system at the TM Forum in Nice in order to present the solution at a worldwide IT event to an even wider audience.
In addition to being an exhibitor, Fornax nominated its E.Fault@CC module of Eventus to the Forum’s Outstanding Contribution to Enabling Improved Customer Centricity Award list, an award that is meant to acknowledge the customer centric attitude of the solutions exhibited. The module offers an on-line application to the customers of telco companies with which they can check their services in real time, obtaining accurate information, and they also have the option to report faults via a simple interface. Moreover the solution speeds up fault recovery and it also helps customer service staff to provide accurate information. The winners of the applicants that make it to the finals will be announced on the gala night of TM Forum.
